Hours back every week
The repetitive steps run on their own, 24/7, and people only handle the exceptions.
In a 10 day AI Workflow Sprint I build up to 3 production workflows that read, sort, score and log the repetitive work your team does by hand. Built on n8n with an LLM, and with alerts when anything breaks.
Every growing team has the same hidden cost: people moving data between inboxes, spreadsheets, CRMs and ATSs. Each task takes two minutes. Done 200 times a week, it becomes a part-time job nobody signed up for.
It is also where leads go cold, candidates wait and mistakes creep in. Recruiting agencies, service firms and operations teams feel it most.
We pick the 3 workflows that save the most hours and agree what “done” looks like.
Workflows in n8n, self-hosted or in your cloud, with an LLM wherever judgment is needed.
Error handling, retries, de-duplication and alerts, so it keeps running when inputs get messy.
Live in your stack, with a handover video and short docs your team can follow.
Submit a sample lead and watch it run: enriched from the web, scored by an LLM, logged to a Google Sheets CRM with no duplicates, and the hot ones emailed to you with a ready-to-send reply. A separate error workflow alerts when anything fails.

The repetitive steps run on their own, 24/7, and people only handle the exceptions.
Every lead, CV or request is logged once, de-duplicated and routed, with alerts on failures.
At The Binary Holdings I built AI automation that cut manual data handling by about 40% and shortened report generation from days to hours.
Working in your stack in 10 days, or the second 50% is waived.

Timeline: 10 working days. Fixed quote after a 20 min call. 50% to start, 50% on handover.
Book a 20 min call→It is open source, can be self-hosted, and is visual, so your team can see and adjust the logic. Where n8n is the wrong tool, I write plain Python instead.
Anything with an API, webhook or email inbox: Gmail and Outlook, Google Sheets, CRMs such as HubSpot, ATSs, Slack and more. I confirm your exact tools on the call.
Each workflow has error handling and retries, and a separate error workflow alerts you (or me, on a care plan) with what failed and why.
You own the accounts. Self-hosted n8n has no licence fee, and LLM usage at these volumes is usually small. I estimate it before we start.
Monitoring, fixes, and small changes or a new step each month, so the workflows keep up as your process changes.
A 20 min call is enough to tell if this fits. If it doesn’t, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
