Questions buyers ask
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your documents stay in a private index on my cloud or yours. The language model is called through business APIs that don’t train on your data by default, and I can use the provider your compliance team prefers.
What kinds of documents work?
PDFs (including scanned ones), Word files and text. Other formats, such as spreadsheets or email archives, are scoped on the call.
What happens when the answer isn’t in the documents?
It says “not found” and shows what it did find. That is deliberate: an honest gap is better than a confident wrong answer.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. It can run in your AWS, Azure or GCP account with your own API keys, so data never leaves your environment.
I run a CA firm in India. Is there a smaller start?
Yes. A ₹25,000 pilot covers one workflow, such as a GST notice reply draft built over your own notices, so you can judge it on real work before committing.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, the search index, monitoring and small fixes. Language model usage is billed at cost or runs on your own keys.
