One link that sells
Send it after a call, embed it on your site, or run it on a trade-show screen.
I build interactive 3D explainers and digital twins that run in any browser: exploded parts, flow paths and cutaways for sales and training, or live operations data with AI alerts for the people running the plant.
Complex industrial products are still sold and taught with PDFs, static renders and slides. Buyers, trainees and investors never really see how the thing works, so sales cycles stretch and training repeats.
On the operations side, the data is there but trapped in SCADA screens, spreadsheets and field visits. Problems are found after the alarm, not before.
From your CAD, drawings or photos, modelled and simplified in Blender for the web.
One scroll timeline: exploded parts, labels, flow paths and cutaways, in the order a buyer needs them.
Three.js and WebGL, with adaptive quality on phones and a static fallback for older devices.
For a digital twin, the same scene is wired read-only to live data, such as Modbus TCP, with explainable AI detectors on top.
A rocket engine comes apart into labelled parts, propellant traces its path through the pumps, a cutaway shows the chamber, then it ignites. Stop scrolling and the view is path traced in the browser. One link, no install.
Try the live demo↗
4 well pads, 11 wells and a 3-stage compressor station, with every number read live over Modbus TCP from simulated RTUs. AI detectors read dyno cards, forecast tank hauls, find leaks by mass balance and name the root cause of a shutdown. In the simulation, drift alerts fire about 13 seconds before the PLC alarm. Inject a fault yourself.

Trainees and buyers see the inside of the system instead of imagining it.
With a twin, field and office share one view with explainable alerts and root causes.
Works on phones, with a static fallback for older devices.

Timeline: About 3 weeks. Fixed quote after a 20 min call. 50% to start, 50% on handover.
Book a 20 min call→CAD files (STEP is ideal) or drawings and photos, plus a 30 minute walkthrough with an engineer who knows the product.
I sign an NDA on request. The web model is simplified, so internal details you don’t want public can be left out entirely.
Yes. Quality adapts to the device, and older phones get a static fallback, so the link never breaks in front of a buyer.
The demo uses simulated RTUs over Modbus TCP. For a real site, I connect read-only through a gateway or your existing data source, scoped with your OT team. Nothing writes to your PLCs.
Yes. The same 3D scene can be rendered to video for LinkedIn, YouTube or trade shows. It is quoted together with the explainer.
A 20 min call is enough to tell if this fits. If it doesn’t, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
